What is Navidrome?

Navidrome is a lightweight, open-source music server for personal collections. It indexes music files you host and exposes them through the OpenSubsonic API — a modern extension of the Subsonic protocol used by many self-hosted music apps.

How Atero works with Navidrome

Add your Navidrome server in Settings → Music Server Settings with your URL and credentials. Atero communicates over the OpenSubsonic-compatible API to sync your library, stream tracks, and — with Pro — download music for offline listening.

Navidrome is one of the most common OpenSubsonic servers. Atero also supports other compatible servers; see the OpenSubsonic page if you run a different implementation.
